a. Account Manager - Regulatory

Job Summary:
Develop a high level of customer service in all customer dealings. Assist in the development of "customer care" program. Assist in the identification, development and delivery of 'value adding' initiatives. Help build the Company's "brand" as an innovative energy provider and preferred business partner. Establish a strong sales network of decision makers among the market segments. Liaise with the pricing team to ensure competitive pricing proposals developed for potential customers. Manage the risks attached to the proposals and ensures that it is understood. Assist in developing a network of proven and reliable technical partners that can assist the Company in delivering its value adding programs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing process.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in any of the following Engineering course: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or Management Engineering; Relevant business experience will be considered provided the applicant can demonstrate the ability to deal with technical/engineering concepts.
-Five to ten years work experience in technical sale experience or expertise gained in own field or industry
-Ability to engage customers at all levels
-Willing to travel and work with customers
-Ability to present confidently to a large or small audience


b. Manager - Energy Solutions

Job Summary:
Assist in the development and delivery of 'value adding' initiatives. Help build the Company's "brand" as an innovative energy provider and preferred business partner. Assist in the sales effort for new electricity supply contracts. Build, strengthen and maintain relationships between the Company and its strategic customers. Conduct customer site visits, studies and workshop to gather information and evaluate customer needs. Contribute to the development of marketing material to build our 'brand' and enhance the Company's reputation. Manage external contractors to ensure timely implementation of any value adding projects and ensures that it is within the budget. Assist in the development of a 'customer care' program. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Company's sales and marketing process.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in any of the following Engineering course: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or Management Engineering
-Five to seven years work experience/expertise gained in own field or industry
-Preferably with experience in sales

c. Manager - Finance/Business Development

Job Summary:
Participate to achieve the overall success of a project by ensuring that the team works closely to meet project milestones in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in contract review together with other team members to ensure that risk to the company is eliminated, minimized or managed. Coordinate with different external parties concerned in to ensure project completion. Analyze current issues and potential problems that affect the project.

d. Manager - Finance

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing finance agreements for the Company. Expedite and implement daily requirements for US dollar, monitoring daily cash balances, and preparing summary of cash balances. Prepare and monitor the budget of the Company, updating the Company's financial model and check for variances between model/budget with actual monthly financial reports. Prepare financial projections and implement restricted payments to holding company/partners. Perform due diligence and concentrates on financial issues for business development opportunities. Prepare and ensure timely submission of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) reports of borrowing, foreign exchange transaction reports and other reportorial requirements of other government agencies/financial institutions. Prepare presentations and other management reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration
With at least three (3) years work experience

e. Mechanical Head - Technical Services

Job Summary:
Develop technical capability in the different power generation, fuel and other primary energy sources, operation and maintenance of power plants, grid analysis and demand side management. Provide technical assistance to subsidiaries/affiliates in the various phases of business/project development during implementation of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts and during the Operations & Maintenance phase. Provide expertise on identifying suitable sites for power generation projects, conceptual design of power plants, specifying mechanical equipment for power generation, cost estimation of power projects, and application of computer simulation in power plants. Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of Technical Services Department's technical database.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; preferably with Master of Science degree in any Engineering course
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably with at least 10 years related work experience

f. Electrical Engineer Head - Technical Services

Job Summary:

g. Manager - Quality, Environment, Safety & Health

Job Summary:
Develop and promote QESH programs, monitor program implementation within the Company and recommend measures for improvement. Plan, conduct and implement QESH-related orientation, training and drills to employees and other parties. Keeps abreast of International best practices in QESH and facilitates their successful implementation in the organization. Implement the Company's crisis management plan, including its periodic testing and review. Facilitate management audits and conduct QESH internal audit to subsidiaries/affiliates. Prepare audit reports, audit findings and recommendations for improvement, and tracks and manages its resolution. Develop a team of auditors to achieve progressive improvement of the Company's QESH performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Registered Occupational Safety Practitioner or qualified to apply for accreditation
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
-With ten (10) years experience within the power generation or similar industry


h. Assistant Manager - Accounting

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the accurate data capture and recording of the Company's financial and tax transactions. Conduct analysis of financial risks, recommends ways to mitigate such risks, and assesses its impact to the financial statements. Provide accounting expertise such as identification, treatment of various accounting, audit, and financial issues/ risks, assesses its impact to the financial reports. Ensure that the companies are in compliance with the applicable Accounting Standards and tax regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant
-With three (3) years audit experience, with exposure in accounting and tax issues

i. Finance Supervisor

Job Summary:
Prepare Management Discussion and Analysis report and other reports that may be required by management and other stakeholders. Coordinate with other departments for timely submission of government mandated reports. Coordinate with various departments in sourcing data, doing analysis and writing reports. Handle tariff simulations. Monitor economic trends and industry news. Originate and maintain financial models. Monitor updates from the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) and other PSE-listed companies. Read and analyze reports about the Company. Monitor Investor Relations Program. Handle treasury work, (e.g. investment analysis, liquidity management assistance) contracts and loans management.

Requirements:
-Graduate of Finance/Accounting/Economics
-At least 2 years work experience in related field

j. Corporate Social Responsibility Supervisor

Job Summary:
Manages and safe-keeps the department's documents and records. Assist in coordinating with community relations departments of different operating companies for periodic updates. Prepares, implements, monitors and evaluates CSR projects and activities. Conduct employee-led volunteer activities.

Requirements:
-Graduate of any 4 year course
-At least 1 year experience as a CSR supervisor

k. Accountant
Job Code: HO08011

Job Summary:
Check and record payables and related taxes in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Coordinate with proper approval of the vouchers payable. Record other Company transactions such as interest income, dollar investments and employee advances in accordance with accounting and tax standards. Prepare tax returns and other needed attachments, coordinates approval of the tax returns and ensures timely submission of tax returns and payment of taxes in compliance with the BIR regulations. Prepare schedules an analysis in support to the financial statements and tax reports. Prepare employees' statement for cash advances. Responsible for keeping regular back-up of the computerized accounting system.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant
-With 1-2 years audit experience in handling accounts payable and tax requirements


FIRST GEN HYDRO POWER CORPORATION

a. Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Section Engineer

Job Summary:

Supervise, direct, control and coordinate maintenance works on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electro-pneumatic, electronic and computer based instrumentation and controls to ensure reliable, efficient and economical operation of the plant's control systems. Organize and supervise the implementation of work schedules so that all jobs are done within the projected time frame while considering the required resources and possible constraints.

This position will be assigned in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer
- At least three (3) years experience in the maintenance of an industrial plant, two (2) years of which is on a supervisory capacity in systems instrumentation and control
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate

b. Environmental & Safety Officer (Pollution Control Officer)

Job Summary:
Enforces environmental and safety policies. Ensures that the Company's environmental and safety programs are implemented and its objectives are met. Ensures emergency preparedness of the organization, initiates corrective actions and preventive actions to mitigate hazards that may affect the assets of the Company. Coordinates with employees, stakeholders, government, LGU's and other agencies in relation to the environment and safety of the plant facilities, employees and plant operations.

This position will be assigned in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Environmental Engineering/Management, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Engineer; Certified Pollution Control Officer and/or Certified Safety Inspector
- At least three (3) years experience in power plant operation/maintenance in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge on OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and ISO9001
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate

c. Technical Staff

Job Summary:
Gather, collate and analyze plant operating parameters and prepares operations reports. Assist in the analysis, planning and evaluation of all technically related operational problems and concerns of the plant. Assist in the formulation of operations action plans, strategies and contingency plans; implementation of continuing improvement programs for plant systems, equipments and operations personnel.

This position will be assigned in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree inĀ Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Registered Engineer
- At least one (1) year experience in power plant operations
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate
