OUR ASSETS

First Gen has a total of 2,582MW of installed capacity with natural gas, steam, and bunker/diesel composing the Company's fuels. With the exception of the 112MW Pantabangan/Masiway Hydroelectric Complex and the 1.6MW Agusan Mini-hydro Plant, which has an offtake agreement with Cagayan Electric Power and Light Company (Cepalco) renewed on a quarterly basis, all of First Gen's power plants have long-term offtake agreements with either Meralco or NPC.

Most of First Gen's power plants supply the Luzon grid. Santa Rita, San Lorenzo, Bauang, and Pantabangan-Masiway power plants are located in the Island of Luzon, while Agusan Mini-Hydro plant is located in Mindanao. Furthermore, the addition of EDC's geothermal assets has expanded First Gen's presence in Visayas and Mindanao.
