Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
We at First Gen Corporation hereby establish this Code of Conduct for the purpose of setting the principles and guidelines in the conduct of our company’s businesses and dealings with our stakeholders.

Corporate Social Responsibility
As part of efforts to help develop and improve the quality of life of residents in the host communities and promote their level of self-reliance, we continue to pursue and implement corporate social responsibility and community relations projects in partnership with local government units and other local stakeholders, with particular focus on education, community health and safety, poverty alleviation, and environment.
We remain partners with non-governmental organizations whose objectives and activities are aligned with our goals and aspirations.
This Corporate Code of Conduct covers all directors, officers, employees, consultants, product and service providers, and any and all persons acting for and on behalf of the company.
