First Gen Corp., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Prime Meridian Powergen Corp. (PMPC), said it has executed supply contracts with the Istroenergo Group (IEG) for the 97-megawatt Avion open cycle natural gas-fired power plant in Batangas.
